Job description
Responsibilities
Manage engineering documentation, records, and reporting related to equipment, services vehicles, and departmental operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Oversee fleet operations including vehicle availability, maintenance coordination, inspections, and monitoring of utilization, fuel consumption, mileage and operational costs.
Supervise company drivers and motor pool operations, handling daily deployment, scheduling, performance monitoring, and enforcement of safety and company policies.
Coordinate with engineers, field personnel, mechanics supplier's and service centers for vehicle deployment preventive maintenance, repairs procurement and required documentation.
Provide technical and administrative support by maintaining monitoring systems and filing processes, preparing reports and estimates, investigating incidents and recommending improvements to fleet and equipment management operations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering , Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering, or any related engineering field.
With or without a PRC license ( preferred but not required )
Experience in fleet management, equipment monitoring, engineering operations or a similar role is an advantage.
Background in construction , logistics or equipment- heavy industries is preferred.
Strong knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, equipment management, and preventive maintenance practices.
Proficient in MS Office applications ( Excel, Word and PowerPoint )and familiar with monitoring, tracking or database systems.
Experienced in technical documentation, report preparation and engineering administrative processes.
Effective communication and coordination skills when working with drivers, suppliers mechanics and project personnel.
Ability to supervise drivers, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work efficiently under minimal supervision in fast-paced environments.
Knowledgeable in safety stansdards and fleet policies, willing to conduct field inspections and coordinate with service centers; posessing a valid driver's license is an advantage.
