We are looking for an Office Engineer to provide technical & administrative support to the others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, design instruction, and engineering related problems. Documenting project issues/conditions Maintaining organized and detailed project records.
Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning and scheduling ensuring that projects are completed on time and within the budget
- Oversee construction activities to ensure that work is carried out according to approved plans
- Monitor and inspect construction progress to identify and address any issues
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
- Monitor project cost and expenses, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to the budget.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and suggest alternatives to reduce expenses.
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, equipment and supplies.
- Manage inventory and ensure that adequate resources are available for project execution
- Provide regular updates and progress reports on project status, milestones and any issues.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Job Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering
- Must have at least 3 years of work experience in the same industry
- Must have a deep understanding of project management construction and the ability to multi‑task and adapt to environment.
- Must have a high sense of confidentiality, trustworthiness and integrity, attention to details, and analytical skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
