Job summary

Argus Century Pacific Builders Alliance Corp. is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer to lead detailed design outputs and coordinate project activities in line with schedules and budgets.

The role involves preparing construction drawings, cost estimates, and technical reports, while ensuring compliance with client specifications and site conditions. Responsibilities include supervising design teams, maintaining shop/working drawings and submittals, and ensuring timely processing of project

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer or its equivalent.
• Support Resident Engineer/Project Manager with construction schedules.
• Process material’s acceptance letters.
• Preparing material, equipment and labor cost estimates and confirming costs are within the budget
• Establish and maintain shop drawings, working drawings and submittals.
• Review and monitor contractor payroll and insurance documentation.
• Prepare final documents. Ensuring project documentation is processed in timely manner and is retrievable.
