Job summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparation of conceptual designs.

• Perform structural design, and analysis of residential, commercial, low-rise, medium, and high-rise, reinforced concrete & steel structures.

• Ensure Compliance to design standards

• Determine budget and financial allocation for the project.

• Study and consider the availability of materials in the local market to be incorporated into the plans.

• Study the constructability of the project.

• Coordinates with the engineering team for the preparation of the construction drawings.

• Reviews approved structural FCD and materials specifications based on the project requirement.

• Reviews formwork/scaffolding detailed drawings, construction methodology, and materials testing requirements for the project.

• Reviews rebar/structural steel cutting list, placing, splicing, and detailed anchorage drawings based on the approved FCD.

• Inspection of structural works.

• Witness materials testing and provide a corresponding report summary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must be a License Civil Engineer\

• At least 10Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Strongly knowledgeable in design software like STAAD, E-TABS, etc.

• Well, the verse in engineering and construction standards like NSCP, ASTM, and ASHTON.

• Adept in data analysis and benchmarking.

• With a background in geotechnical engineering.
