We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing civil works related to the project. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for building sustainable and safe structures.
Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects.
Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.
Prepare and present detailed project proposals and cost estimates.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and ensure quality control.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets efficiently.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
Use computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools.
Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for clients and management.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain it.
2+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering or construction management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience with sustainable and green building practices.
Familiarity with local, state, and federal codes and standards.
Site Office
Involves working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Travel to project sites as needed.
