Job summary

RoymedSeth Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a diligent encoder/administrative assistant for our on-site team in San Fernando, Pampanga. You will perform encoding and clerical tasks, coordinate with sales reps and customers via phone or messaging apps, and support day-to-day office operations.

The role is full-time with a monthly salary of ₱16,800 plus incentives based on client acquisition and transactions, plus a training allowance of ₱840 per day during the 1-month training period.

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate in business or IT fields.
• At least 2 years of encoding or administrative experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Preferably residing in San Fernando, Pampanga or nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform encoding and basic clerical/administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with sales representatives and customers via phone or messaging apps.
• Handle transactions and client coordination for accounts they acquire.
• Support daily office operations.
