Job summary

Keansburg Marketing Corporation, exclusive distributor of Asia Brewery Incorporated, is seeking a Settlement Analyst in Batangas City. The role verifies financial reports, records transactions in ledgers, and ensures timely submission of documents to support accurate financial reporting.

You will handle daily DTS checks, postings to AR, and preparation of settlement and management reports while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a degree in Business Administration or similar
• With at least 1 year of data encoding experience
• Experience in FMCG industry is an advantage
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high integrity

Responsibilities

• Check and analyze Salesmen’s Daily Transaction Summary (DTS) entries with documents; ensure invoices are complete
• Prepare daily pre- and post-settlement reports
• Encode Salesmen’s daily transactions per outlet accurately
• Analyze Daily Sales Reports and compare with DTS
• Print and review collection schedules for the next routing day
• Update outstanding invoices against the collection schedule
• Post validated transactions to update AR records of outlets
• Consolidate and print non-cash promotional expenses
• Prepare required reports for sales office and Head Office on time
• Back up all databases daily
• Detach and file original credit sales invoices from DTS
• Ensure unpaid invoices are intact and systematically filed
• Deliver stamped paid invoices to the concerned salesman weekly
• Liable for losses due to negligence

About this Role

This role validates financial reports, records transactions in ledgers, and ensures timely submission of required documents. It manages systematic filing, assists in expense compilation, and upholds compliance with company policies to support smooth financial reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Checks and analyzes the entries of the Salesmen’s Daily Transaction Summary (DTS) with supporting documents and supplemental reports, ensures that the invoices are properly and completely filled up, and requires the salesman to complete any blank portion/s of the invoices and/or documents

• Prepares pre and post settlement report on a daily basis

• Accurately encodes the Salesmen’s daily transactions per outlet

• Analyzes computer generated Daily Sales Reports and compares with manually prepared DTS

• Prints and analyzes the collection schedules for the next routing day

• Checks / updates the outstanding invoices against the collection schedule

• Posts validated transactions to update the sales and Accounts Receivables records of outlets

• Consolidates and prints the non-cash promotional expenses

• Prepares required and as needed reports for sales office management and/or Head Office to be submitted on time

• Prepares back up of all databases on a daily basis

• Detaches and files original credit sales invoices and other documents from DTS

• Ensures that all unpaid invoices are intact (per salesman, per route) and filed systematically

• Endorses to concerned salesman all stamped - paid invoices on a weekly basis

• Liable for any losses that may arise due to negligence in the performance of work

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Saturday

• Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Qualifications & Competencies Needed:

• College Graduate with a degree in Business Administration or any other similar discipline

• With at least 1 year experience in Data Encoding

• With experience in FMCG Industry is an advantage

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high integrity and attention to detail
