Keansburg Marketing Corporation, exclusive distributor of Asia Brewery Incorporated, is seeking a Settlement Analyst in Batangas City. The role verifies financial reports, records transactions in ledgers, and ensures timely submission of documents to support accurate financial reporting.

You will handle daily DTS checks, postings to AR, and preparation of settlement and management reports while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

College graduate with a degree in Business Administration or similar
With at least 1 year of data encoding experience
Experience in FMCG industry is an advantage
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high integrity

Responsabilités

Check and analyze Salesmen’s Daily Transaction Summary (DTS) entries with documents; ensure invoices are complete
Prepare daily pre- and post-settlement reports
Encode Salesmen’s daily transactions per outlet accurately
Analyze Daily Sales Reports and compare with DTS
Print and review collection schedules for the next routing day
Update outstanding invoices against the collection schedule
Post validated transactions to update AR records of outlets
Consolidate and print non-cash promotional expenses
Prepare required reports for sales office and Head Office on time
Back up all databases daily
Detach and file original credit sales invoices from DTS
Ensure unpaid invoices are intact and systematically filed
Deliver stamped paid invoices to the concerned salesman weekly
Liable for losses due to negligence
