Job summary

Boomering Inc. is hiring a Project Engineer for an office-based role in Angeles City, Philippines.

The successful candidate will prepare construction work packages, QA/QC documentation, and coordinate procurement for civil, structural, mechanical, piping, and equipment installation activities. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, coordinating with PMs and site teams, and maintaining documentation and schedules using MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Structural Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of project engineering experience in mining, resources, or construction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction work packages for civil, structural, mechanical, piping, and equipment installation activities.
• Review IFC drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project requirements.
• Develop construction methodologies, installation sequences, and work instructions.
• Coordinate work package reviews and approvals with site teams.
• Maintain work package registers and track reviews, approvals, and close-out.
• Prepare QA/QC documentation including ITPs/ITRs, MIRs and NCRs.
• Coordinate RFIs and TQs, and support project handover dossiers.
• Support scheduling and progress reporting with MS Project and other tools.
