Job summary

Boomering Inc is seeking an organized Office-Based Project Engineer to support mining and construction projects from our Angeles City office in Pampanga. You will prepare construction work packages, QA/QC documentation, review drawings, coordinate procurement, and contribute to estimates while maintaining project records.

Working with Project Managers, site teams, and subcontractors, you will ensure technical coordination, deliverables, and compliance with Australian Standards and contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant Project Engineering experience.
• Experience preparing construction work packages, QA/QC documentation, and drawings.
• Proficient with Excel, MS Project, and drawing reviews.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction work packages for civil, structural, mechanical, piping, and equipment installation.
• Review IFC drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Develop methodologies, sequences, and work instructions.
• Coordinate QA/QC documentation and inspection records.
