Job summary

FullSuite is seeking an Office Manager in the Philippines to oversee workplace administration and lead daily HR operations. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, and policy implementation to ensure a seamless employee experience.

You'll guide performance processes, maintain HR records, and ensure health, safety, and compliance across the office while coordinating with leadership on organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in office management, HR coordination, or a combined operations role.
  • Strong understanding of labor compliance, recruitment, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
  • Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and organizational abilities with discretion.
  • Proficient with HRIS, payroll software, Google Workspace, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
  • Execute smooth onboarding and offboarding procedures for all staff.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and supporting culture.
  • Implement employee benefits programs and handle staff inquiries regarding coverage.
  • Collaborate with Finance and serve as payroll coordinator, ensuring accurate timekeeping and updates.
  • Assist managers in performance review processes with tools and guidance.
  • Oversee day-to-day office facilities, vendor relationships, and supply management.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
  • Organize internal events, meetings, and company-wide initiatives.
  • Implement company policies and employee handbooks aligned with local labor laws.
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready employee records and HR systems.
  • Coordinate with C&P Manager and Managing Director on operational and cultural initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Implement employee benefits programs and handle staff inquiries regarding coverage.
  • Collaborate with Finance and serve as payroll coordinator, ensuring accurate timekeeping, compensation updates, and timely submissions.
  • Assist managers in the conduct of performance review by providing tools, guidelines and feedback.
  • Oversee day-to-day office facilities, equipment, vendor relationships, and supply management.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
  • Organize internal team events, meetings, and company-wide initiatives.
  • Implement company policies and employee handbooks in alignment with local labor laws.
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready employee records and HR systems.
  • Coordinate directly with the Culture and People (C&P) Manager and the Managing Director to ensure clear direction and alignment on operational and cultural initiatives.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in office management, HR coordination, or a combined operations role.
  • HR Expertise: Strong understanding of labor compliance, recruitment best practices, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and organizational abilities; high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Tech Literacy: Proficiency with HRIS platforms, modern payroll software, and standard office productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office).
