Elev8 Holdings, Inc. in Makati is seeking a Sales Associate to drive growth by building client relationships and identifying new opportunities. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to meet revenue targets.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, collaborating with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. On-site position with bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Preferably with years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
• Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and new clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
• Close deals and projects through in-depth product presentations and customized proposals.
• Provide costings and project bundles that are beneficial both to the clients and the company.
• Manage the full sales cycle from leads generation to closing, closely overseeing the projects from pre-implementation to post-implementation
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver projects on time.
• Address client concerns and challenges effectively to maintain satisfaction and ensure continued business growth.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities to Sales Manager and Sr. Sales Manager
