Job summary

Dexterton Corporation in the Philippines seeks an experienced Odoo Programmer to tailor and extend our ERP system. You will translate business needs into robust Odoo modules, collaborate with business users, and ensure scalable, secure solutions.

The role involves integration work, data migrations, and ongoing maintenance to support digital transformation and process optimization across departments. This is a hands-on position requiring strong Python skills and a practical understanding of ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• 3–5 years of Odoo development and customization experience.
• Proficiency in Python programming and Odoo Framework development.
• Experience with PostgreSQL database management.
• Knowledge of Odoo architecture, workflows, modules, and configurations.
• Experience with API integration, web services, and third-party system integrations.
• Experience with Git version control and software development best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules per business requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Odoo applications and enhancements.
• Create custom reports, workflows, dashboards, and integrations within Odoo.
• Perform bug fixing, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Odoo and third-party apps.
• Support data migration and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with IT and business users; support ERP implementation.
