Job summary

Ultra Manpower Solutions Corporation is seeking a Python Programmer to develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules that translate client FRDs into ERP solutions. You will write clean, upgrade‑safe code under the Odoo ORM, and work with the project manager to ensure on-time go-lives.

The role requires 1–3 years Python experience, SQL (PostgreSQL), XML, JavaScript, and Git. Onsite in Parañaque with occasional client visits within Metro Manila and nearby provinces, and willingness to work beyond

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional software development experience using Python.
• Hands‑on experience with Python and object‑oriented programming.
• Relational databases and SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL preferred).
• XML for Odoo views and data files; Odoo modules and ERP focus is a plus.
• Git version control (GitHub/GitLab) and basic Linux command line.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules based on FRDs.
• Build features without modifying Odoo core code; ensure upgrade-safety.
• Write clean, modular Python code following Odoo guidelines.
• Customize standard modules across CRM, Sales, Inventory, HR, and more.
• Modify views, forms, menus, and workflows using XML and Odoo ORM.
• Integrate Odoo with third‑party apps via REST and XML‑RPC APIs.
• Prepare import templates and migration scripts for master data/history.
• Perform unit/integration testing on all code.
• Deploy modules to staging and production environments.
• Prepare technical specs, docs, release notes, and deployment procedures.
