Job summary

Dash10 Managed Services in the Philippines is looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Administrator (Remote) to own daily administration, optimization, and governance of the Odoo ERP platform.

You will configure user access, monitor performance, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with external partners to support cross‑functional operations across departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience administering or supporting Odoo ERP
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business operations
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Odoo ERP platform on a daily basis
• Configure user access, permissions, and security settings
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and system reliability
• Coordinate with external Odoo partners and technical providers when required
• Document processes and maintain system procedures
