Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and updating core, leadership, and functional competency frameworks.
Coordinate competency development, revision, and mapping activities with BU HR Heads.
Support integration of competencies into talent processes such as performance management, L&D, succession planning, and talent review.
Facilitate distribution, collection, and consolidation of competency assessment results.
Maintain competency databases and ensure accurate data encoding.
Maintain SOPs, templates, and guidelines for competency-related activities.
