You’ll partner with business and counselors on career planning, performance management, and people development, analyze attrition trends, deliver timely employee relations support, and contribute to central and ES level projects and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Employee relations experience to handle complex disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Experience in performance management activities.
• Ability to engage and influence others, with change mgmt skills.
• Ability to coach counsellors and develop team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key contact for leaders and employees for HR queries.
• Drive HR activities for the span, including policies and new initiatives.
• Lead engagement activities like townhalls and employee connect sessions.
• Work with Business & counsellors on career planning and people development.
• Analyze attrition trends and propose retention interventions.
• Ensure timely resolution of employee issues and escalation to ER as needed.
• Support business in building skills and knowledge.
• Deliver people management and employee development activities on time.
• Manage day-to-day HR activities with quality per processes.
• Support change adoption of projects around performance mgmt., rewards.
• Liaise with Talent CoEs to close queries.
• Contribute to central and ES level projects.
