Job summary

Maersk in Manila is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to join our SCM TCM function. You will manage contracts and rates, ensure pricing accuracy, and support downstream billing and data integrity across systems.

The role requires a 4-year degree, at least 2 years in shipping or logistics, strong English communication, and MS Office proficiency. This is a 6-month fixed-term, site-based, day-shift position.

Contract Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

The SCM TCM function is responsible for contract and rate management, ensuring accurate pricing setup, contract execution, billing readiness, and downstream operational integrity across systems (e.g., Athena, FACT, SCP).

Who are we looking for :

• Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 2 and above years relevant experience in shipping, logistics, forwarding, supply chain operations shipping/forwarding/supply chain industries.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good to have Data Analysis Skills
• MS Office Proficient
• Above-average stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work as Fixed Term Hire (6 Months contract)
• Willing to work on dayshift schedule, site based working arrangement.
