Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to join our SCM TCM team in a fixed-term, site-based role. You will manage contract lifecycles, ensure accurate rate setup in Athena and FACT, and support billing and dispute resolution to protect financial accuracy.

You will work with Sales, CX, PM, FINOPS, and Operations to ensure data completeness and compliance, while maintaining high-quality pricing and contract data across systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
• 2+ years in shipping, logistics, forwarding or supply chain operations.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Data analysis skills are a plus.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Fixed Term Hire for 6 months.
• Dayshift, site-based work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Contract & Rate Management: manage lifecycle including rate filing, amendments and renewals.
• System Execution & Data Management: convert and upload rate cards with high data accuracy.
• Billing & Financial Operations Enablement: enable accurate billing and invoicing, link to rate filings.

Contract Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

The SCM TCM function is responsible for contract and rate management, ensuring accurate pricing setup, contract execution, billing readiness, and downstream operational integrity across systems (e.g., Athena, FACT, SCP).

• Contract & Rate Management

  • Manage contract lifecycle including rate filing, amendments, renewals

  • Ensure accurate, complete, and timely rate setup in systems (Athena / FACT )

• System Execution & Data Management

  • Convert and upload rate cards into system platforms with high data accuracy

  • Ensure correct pricing logic, charge mapping, and compliance with system requirements

• Billing & Financial Operations Enablement

  • Enable accurate billing and invoicing through correct rate setup

  • Support dispute resolution, collections, and financial accuracy (P&L impact) link to rate filing issues

• Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate across Sales, CX, PM, FINOPS, Product and Operations to ensure data completeness and alignment

  • Follow up on missing inputs, contract clarifications, and dependencies.

Who are we looking for :

• Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree.

• At least 2 and above years relevant experience in shipping, logistics, forwarding, supply chain operations shipping/forwarding/supply chain industries.

• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.

• Good to have Data Analysis Skills

• MS Office Proficient

• Above-average stakeholder management skills.

• Willing to work as Fixed Term Hire (6 Months contract)

• Willing to work on dayshift schedule, site based working arrangement.
