Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in shipping/logistics or related field.
• Exposure to tender management and continuous process improvement.
• Experience with the Athena system is preferred; 1 year exposure is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree and strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term tender management and contract filing activities.
• Coordinate tender quotations and customer nominations across rounds.
• Conduct RCA on delays and issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with FPO and platform teams for system/process rollouts.
• Ensure compliance with global standards and drive process improvements.
