Job summary

MindPlus Ventures Inc. seeks an Occupational Therapist to support the Developmental Services Division, helping individuals develop, recover, or maintain daily living skills and participation in work and social activities.

You will collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, speech therapists, movement coaches, and other wellness professionals to deliver integrated care plans. Consultations may be onsite or online, depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (Philippine regulations) required.
• 2–3 years of relevant clinical or therapy experience preferred.
• Experience in pediatric, adult, or mental health settings is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ functional abilities across physical, cognitive, emotional, and sensory aspects.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to improve daily living skills, independence, and functioning.
• Provide evidence-based therapy for fine motor skills, sensory processing, cognitive skills, and ADLs.
• Support clients in routines, habits, and coping strategies for mental wellness and quality of life.
• Collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, and movement coaches for coordinated care.
• Monitor client progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Educate clients, families, and caregivers on strategies for independence at home.
• May facilitate group sessions or workshops related to life skills and adaptive functioning.
• Maintain accurate documentation per professional and organizational standards.
• Contribute to wellness programs and community initiatives.
• Stay updated on current practices and participate in team learning.
