MindPlus Ventures Inc. seeks an Occupational Therapist to support the Developmental Services Division, helping individuals develop, recover, or maintain daily living skills and participation in work and social activities.
You will collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, speech therapists, movement coaches, and other wellness professionals to deliver integrated care plans. Consultations may be onsite or online, depending on client needs.
The Occupational Therapist plays a key role under the Developmental Services Division in supporting MindPlus’ holistic and client-centered approach to well-being. This role focuses on helping individuals develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living, work, and social participation.
The Occupational Therapist collaborates closely with psychologists, psychiatrists, speech therapists, movement coaches, and other wellness professionals to deliver integrated, individualized care plans. Consultations may be conducted onsite or online, depending on client needs and program design.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ functional abilities, including physical, cognitive, emotional, and sensory aspects
Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to improve daily living skills, independence, and overall functioning
Provide evidence-based therapy for fine motor skills, sensory processing, cognitive skills, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Support clients in building routines, habits, and coping strategies that enhance mental wellness and quality of life
Collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, and movement coaches for coordinated and interdisciplinary care
Monitor client progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
Educate clients, families, and caregivers on strategies to support independence and carryover at home
May facilitate group sessions, workshops, or programs related to life skills, productivity, and adaptive functioning
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and organizational standards
Contribute to MindPlus wellness programs, content creation, and community initiatives
Stay updated on current practices, research, and innovations in occupational therapy
Participate in team learning sessions and interdisciplinary case discussions
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Licensed Occupational Therapist (as required by Philippine regulations)
At least 2–3 years of relevant clinical or therapy experience
Experience in pediatric, adult, or mental health-related settings is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to design and implement individualized, functional, and evidence-based interventions
Understanding of the relationship between daily functioning and mental wellness
Empathetic, patient, and culturally sensitive
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Organized with strong documentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and documentation systems
