• Formulates individualized therapeutic program consistent with the goals for therapy
• Implements individualized therapeutic program as planned
• Periodically re-evaluates patients
• Documents findings, goals and therapeutic program
• Coordinates with physiatrists and other professionals as needed
• Informs parents and caregivers regarding the condition, management and progress of the patients
• Supervises the maintenance of general safety, orderliness and cleanliness of the division
• Promotes harmonious relations with all hospital personnel

• Attends and participates in the meetings of the division
