Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients while adhering to strict compliance standards. The role involves triaging patients, documenting vital signs, and supporting doctors during examinations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing with an active PRC license, CPR/ACLS/BCLS certifications, and at least 2 years in outpatient or hospital settings. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel and Outlook is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care to patients while adhering to compliance standards. This candidate should be able to recognize patient needs and prioritize those needs with the needs outlined by physicians.

Responsibilities

• Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians
• Provide care education to patients in person or over the phone
• Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (OSHA, FDA, HIPAA)
• Secures patient consent and maintains confidentiality of patient interaction, records and health information at all times
• Prepares all consultation rooms at the start of each shift and accomplishes daily checklist of equipment, reports defective equipment/instrument to TL or OM for immediate repair
• Checks for the completeness of supplies needed by doctors, ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the consult and procedure rooms
• Utilizes clinic information system to queue patients properly to the doctors and appropriate service areas
• Triages patients, when necessary, in order of urgency or according to local health protocols
• Receives patients, validates identity, and electronically records and reviews patient information
• Assess and documents patient’s condition, including vital signs, and chief complaint/s
• Directs patients and assists doctors during examination/procedure as needed; Carries out doctor’s orders
• Assures that reliable and precise documentation is completed, and essential information shared from shift to shift
• Prepares & submit request for purchase to OM on a monthly scheduled basis for supplies/consumables replenishment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Current PRC license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• OHN certified
• CPR, ACLS, and BCLS Certification
• Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance
• At least 2 years work experience in an outpatient or hospital setting (excluding internship)
• BOSH certification is an advantage
• Current CPR or First Aid provider training certification
• BLS or ACLS provider training is an advantage
• Ability to work directly with patients, families, and doctors
• Empathic to patients and their companions with the ability to properly navigate patients in the clinic
• Capable of monitoring vital signs, checking pulse and blood pressure, and listening for indications of labored breathing or syncope
• Experience in dressing wounds and aiding doctors in medical procedures
• Possess good verbal & written communication skills
• Equipped with basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks efficiently
