Toyota Pasong Tamo, Inc. seeks a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse to promote employee health, safety, and well-being in our Makati, Metro Manila operations.

You will deliver clinical care, perform health assessments, and manage medical records, while supporting wellness initiatives and safety programs across the company. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, a solid nursing license, and preferred occupational health training.

Qualifications

• Must hold a nursing license and be a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary nursing care and first aid for work-related illnesses and injuries.

• Manage workplace injury and illness cases with follow-up care and referrals.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Health Nurse to promote and maintain the health, safety, and well-being of our employees. Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary nursing care and first aid treatment for work-related and non-work-related illnesses and injuries.
• Conduct health assessments, medical screenings, and health surveillance programs.
• Monitor employee health status and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with confidentiality standards.
• Coordinate pre-employment, annual, and return-to-work medical examinations.
• Manage workplace injury and illness cases, including follow-up care and referrals to healthcare providers when necessary.
• Support occupational health and safety programs, wellness campaigns, and health education initiatives.
• Assist in emergency preparedness and response activities.
• Collaborate with HR, management, and external healthcare providers to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid professional license.
• Certification or training in Occupational Health Nursing is preferred.
• Experience in corporate, industrial, or occupational health settings is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety practice.
