Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager shipping products used by customers.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or similar) in a professional context.
• Experience owning roadmaps from ideation through launch, including design collaboration and engineering handoff.
• Technical fluency across data models, integration architecture, and REST APIs.
• Comfortable working in Agile/SCRUM environments with sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Strong written communication skills for clear requirements and updates.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to define KPIs and translate analytics into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Smart Building Platform roadmap.
• Define integration specs for BMS, IoT, and CMMS connections.
• Build AI prototypes and validate ideas before full build.
• Partner with engineering and PMs through planning-to-release lifecycle.
• Define success metrics and communicate outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
