The role anchors process delivery, mentors staff, and drives digital adoption via AI, OCR, RPA, and Power BI; collaborates with transformation teams to harmonize across geographies and ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 5–10 years in O2C or AR process delivery and governance.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, D365, or Business Central.
• Experience with digital transformation and automation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end O2C activities including master data, order fulfillment, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
• Ensure SLA adherence, process quality, and client satisfaction through governance and proactive issue resolution.
• Prepare dashboards and KPI summaries for leadership and clients.
• Lead month-end close for AR subledger and bank reconciliations.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with automation COE and transformation teams.
