Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience with 3+ years in transformation, process excellence or efficiency initiatives.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes and customer experience drivers.
• Experience with AI, automation, analytics and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute the global O2C strategy in partnership with O2C leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement of the end-to-end O2C process by identifying inefficiencies and value opportunities.
• Steer automation, analytics, AI, and digital capabilities to enhance O2C performance and customer experience.
• Build partnerships across divisions, O2C operations, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver improvements.
• Monitor AI, automation, and process-excellence developments and translate insights into strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional leaders and process experts to ensure alignment and governance.
• Drive UX initiatives across the global O2C landscape to improve stakeholder satisfaction.
