Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Order to Cash (O2C) AR & Cash Management Specialist to manage daily SAP AR processing, bank reconciliations, and month-end close. The role requires 3–5 years in AR, treasury operations, and strong Excel skills.

You will support treasury initiatives and ensure compliance with J-SOX and internal controls. Ideal candidates have English proficiency, analytical mindset, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher education in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in Accounts Receivable, Cash & Banking, or Treasury in a large/multinational.
• Proficient in SAP (Order-to-Cash, Cash Management, GL) and advanced Excel.
• Strong bank and GL reconciliation, open item matching, and month-end closing skills.
• Knowledge of J-SOX, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Excellent English written/spoken communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Process AR and cash management daily in SAP, including receipts, open items, and postings.
• Review payment proposals, perform write-offs, and handle bank reconciliations.
• Complete month-end closing deliverables within tight timelines.
• Resolve daily ad-hoc queries and discrepancies.
• Support treasury initiatives like AR securitization and automation projects.
• Assist SAP testing, UAT, and system enhancements related to O2C and treasury.
