Job summary

Our Clients in Manila, Philippines is seeking an Order to Cash (O2C) AR & Cash Management Specialist to handle daily SAP-driven financial processing, period-end closings, and reporting. You will ensure compliance with internal controls and contribute to Treasury initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years in AR/Cash/Banking or Treasury, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication. This is a full-time on-site position based in Manila.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant business experience in AR, Cash & Banking, or Treasury operations within a large or multinational organization.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficient in SAP / SAP S/4HANA (Order-to-Cash, Cash Management, or General Ledger modules).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• AR & Cash Management Operational Processing: daily transactions, payment proposals, period-end closing, and reconciliations.
• Control, Compliance, & Audit: adhere to global guidelines, internal controls, and J-SOX controls.
• Treasury Initiatives & Process Improvement: support global Treasury initiatives and cross-functional alignment.
• Reporting, Team Support, & Stakeholder Management: deliver financial reports, assist SAP testing, and mentor new joiners.
