Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an Order to Cash (O2C) AR & Cash Management Specialist in Manila, Philippines. You will manage daily SAP-based AR tasks, bank reconciliations, and cash postings, ensuring accuracy and timely month-end closing.

You will collaborate with finance teams to implement treasury initiatives, maintain controls, and deliver timely financial reporting while upholding strict compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in AR, Cash & Banking, or Treasury operations within a large or multinational organization.
• Proficient in SAP/SAP S/4HANA (OTC, Cash Management, or GL modules).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Strong bank & GL reconciliation, open item matching, journal postings, and month-end closing procedures.
• Familiarity with J-SOX guidelines, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily AR & Cash Management tasks in SAP, including receipts, open-item clearings, and postings.
• Review payment proposals, perform write-offs and adjustments, and clear bank/open items.
• Complete monthly closing deliverables and reconciliations within tight timelines.
• Resolve daily ad-hoc queries and discrepancies as the operations contact point.
• Support treasury initiatives and system enhancements related to O2C and banking.
