Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable and Cash Management Specialist to support AR operations, cash management, banking transactions, and Treasury initiatives. The role includes processing AR in SAP, reconciling bank and GL activity, and ensuring timely month-end close.

You will participate in global treasury projects, strengthen internal controls, generate routine financial reports, and help optimize processes while complying with company policies.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in AR, cash management, treasury, or banking operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or SAP HANA.
• Strong knowledge of AR processing, cash application, receipts, and account clearing.
• Experience in bank statement processing, bank/GL reconciliation, journal entries, and month-end closing.

Responsibilities

• Process AR transactions in SAP, including receipts, clearings, invoices, credit notes, bad debt write-offs, adjustments, and journal entries.
• Review and process MyRequest templates for AR transactions; validate documents and coordinate with initiators to clarify information.
• Handle bank statement processing, transaction matching, bank uploads and postings, and open-item clearing.
• Perform bank and GL reconciliations; investigate discrepancies and ensure timely clearing of outstanding transactions.
• Ensure all month-end closing documents, transactions, reconciliations, and reports are completed on schedule.
• Support global Treasury projects, including AR securitization, supply chain financing, and bank charges report automation.
• Prepare routine financial reports and analyses; monitor operational performance and provide reporting support.
• Investigate AR and cash management issues; conduct root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation for J-SOX controls; ensure compliance with policies and internal control requirements.
• Support SAP testing, new process implementations, and workflow improvements.
