Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an Order to Cash (O2C) AR & Cash Management Specialist in Manila to handle daily AR operations, SAP-based cash management, and month-end close.

You will ensure compliance with internal controls, support treasury initiatives, and provide stakeholder-facing reporting and training. The role requires 3–5 years in AR, cash, or treasury, strong SAP capabilities, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Accounts Receivable, Cash & Banking, or Treasury ops in a multinational
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA in O2C, Cash Management, or GL
• Strong English communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Execute daily AR and cash management tasks in SAP including receipts and item clearings
• Review payment proposals, write-offs, and adjust bank/open item clearings
• Perform month-end closing deliverables, journal postings, and reconciliations on time
• Resolve daily ad-hoc queries and discrepancies efficiently
• Support SAP testing, UAT, and treasury module updates
• Provide training and guidance to new joiners and team members
