Qualifications

• RN licensed in the Philippines (PRC license).
• Post-graduate degree in Nursing, Education, or Health Sciences.
• Certification in curriculum development or course facilitation.
• 1–2 years of clinical or full-time teaching experience in nursing education.
• 5+ years of teaching experience in health sciences or clinical training (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver education programs for nurses and support staff.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and continuously improve training modules.
• Collaborate with academic partners to co-develop curricula.
• Lead change through education and manage resources.
• Integrate nursing research into practice and mentor learners.
• Ensure ethical, legal, and professional standards across activities.
• Foster continuous learning and promote innovation in nursing education.
