Job summary

Qualifications
- Must hold a Philippine RN license (PRC) and be in good standing.
- Pursuing or holding a post‑graduate degree in Nursing, Education, or Health Sciences.
- Certification training in curriculum development or course facilitation.
- 1–2 years clinical or full-time teaching experience in nursing education.
- Preferably 5+ years of commendable teaching experience in health sciences.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver education programs for nurses and staff.
- Evaluate learning outcomes with formative and summative assessments.
- Collaborate with academic partners to co-develop curricula.
- Lead change by aligning programs with institutional strategy.
- Integrate nursing research into practice and mentor learners.
- Ensure ethical and legal compliance in educational activities.
- Foster continuous learning and promote innovation in nursing education.
