Qualifications

• BSN required and RN licensed by PRC.
• Master’s in Nursing or MAN preferred.
• 6–10 years of nursing experience with 3–6 years in leadership/management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations across inpatient units and shifts.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, standards, and care plans.
• Monitor staffing, bed utilization, and patient flow.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure patient safety.
