Qualifications

• Active RN license in the Philippines (PRC) and knowledge of US licensure processes.
• BSN required; MSN with relevant specialization preferred.
• Minimum 7 years clinical nursing with 3–4 years in education or staff development.
• Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating education programs and curricula.
• Experience managing a team of clinical educators or development professionals.
• Strong knowledge of PH nursing education systems and overseas employment landscape.
• Familiarity with US practice standards and EMR workflows (Epic).
• Proven ability to build institutional university/hospital partnerships.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the clinical education team across GRIT Academy programs.
• Set expectations, coach, and evaluate performance of direct reports.
• Align curriculum with US facility standards, CMS, and state board guidelines.
• Oversee TTP program ownership from orientation to deployment.
• Coordinate university partnerships and clinical training facilities.
• Track outcomes and drive curriculum improvements based on data.
