Job summary

Concentrix Manila seeks a senior nursing leader to establish and govern enterprise clinical practice standards, policies, and evidence-based guidelines. You will oversee clinical governance and workforce development across programs and service lines, aligning with client requirements.

The role requires RN license, BSN, MSN/MAN or higher, 8–10 years of nursing experience with leadership in clinical education; US healthcare payer/provider experience is preferred.

  • Design and oversee enterprise clinical competency frameworks and assessments.
  • Partner with Clinical Training, Quality, and Operations to improve workforce readiness and clinical capability.

Job description

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN/MAN) is required.
  • Doctorate (PhD, DNP, DNS, EdD, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) license preferred but not required.
Experience
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive nursing experience.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of direct bedside clinical experience is required in an acute care, specialty care, or other relevant clinical setting.
  • Experience as a Clinical Instructor, Nurse Educator, Nursing Faculty, Staff Development Specialist, or Professional Practice Leader is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Clinical Education
  • Professional Practice, Quality, Accreditation, Clinical Governance, or Nursing Leadership.
  • Experience supporting U.S. healthcare payer or provider operations is highly preferred
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Practice & Professional Governance
  • Establish and govern enterprise clinical practice standards, policies, procedures, and evidence-based clinical guidelines.
  • Lead Professional Nursing Governance initiatives that promote accountability, clinical excellence, ethical practice, and patient-centered care.
  • Standardize clinical practices across healthcare programs and service lines while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client requirements.
  • Serve as the organization's clinical authority on professional nursing practice. Clinical Competency & Workforce Development
Clinical Competency & Workforce Development
  • Design and oversee enterprise clinical competency frameworks, competency assessments, validation processes, and certification programs.
  • Lead peer review, clinical calibration, competency validation, and professional development initiatives.
  • Develop standardized clinical onboarding, continuing education, and competency maintenance programs.
  • Partner with Clinical Training & Quality to ensure workforce readiness and clinical capability development.
Accreditation, Regulatory & Compliance
  • Lead organizational readiness for NCQA, URAC, CMS, Joint Commission, and other applicable accreditation or regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee clinical audits, policy reviews, documentation standards, and compliance initiatives.
  • Ensure clinical programs remain aligned with current healthcare regulations, professional standards, and evidence-based practice.
Clinical Content & Knowledge Management
  • Oversee development, review, and governance of clinical policies, clinical guidelines, job aids, learning resources, and knowledge repositories.
  • Ensure clinical content reflects current evidence-based practice, client requirements, and regulatory expectations.
  • Support development of clinical simulations, competency assessments, and standardized clinical learning resources.
Clinical Quality & Performance Improvement
  • Partner with Clinical Training, Quality, and Operations to improve workforce competency, clinical performance, and quality outcomes.
  • Analyze quality trends, competency data, audit findings, and performance metrics to recommend strategic improvements.
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen clinical governance, patient safety, and operational excellence.
Digital Transformation & AI Enablement
  • Lead the integration of digital technologies and AI-enabled solutions to strengthen clinical practice, competency management, knowledge management, and workforce development.
  • Champion innovation through the adoption of digital learning platforms, automation, analytics, and emerging healthcare technologies.
  • Promote the responsible, ethical, and secure use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in clinical education, competency management, documentation, and clinical governance.
  • Partner with Technology, Clinical Training & Quality, and Operations teams to implement digital solutions that improve collaboration, learning effectiveness, and clinical performance.
  • Monitor emerging healthcare technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance organizational clinical capabilities.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Provide strategic guidance to Operations, Training, Quality, Recruitment, Compliance, and Executive Leadership on clinical practice standards and professional nursing governance
  • Build collaborative partnerships with physicians, nursing leaders, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization during client meetings, accreditation activities, governance discussions, and strategic clinical initiatives.
  • Mentor clinical leaders and foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional excellence.
  • Establish and maintain enterprise clinical practice standards across all clinical healthcare programs.
  • Develop and sustain clinical policies, guidelines, and evidence-based best practices.
  • Standardize clinical workflows and clinical decision-making frameworks enterprise-wide.
  • Serve as the organization's primary clinical subject matter expert and clinical authority.
  • Ensure alignment with client requirements and professional nursing practice standards.
