Job summary

The Project Nurse at J.E Manalo & Co., Inc. provides primary healthcare and first aid at the construction site, ensuring the health and well-being of all personnel and supporting HSE policies.

You will manage the site clinic, maintain medical records, monitor heat stress and dehydration, and coordinate with hospitals and emergency services. Willing to relocate to other project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid and active license.
• 1–2 years nursing experience; site-based or occupational health exposure preferred.
• Valid BLS and First Aid certification.
• ACLS certification is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite and relocate to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to site personnel.
• Maintain accurate medical records and treatment reports.
• Monitor occupational health risks such as heat stress, dehydration.
• Support health programs, vaccinations, and health education activities.
• Assist the EHS/HSE team with incident investigations and reports.
• Manage the site clinic, medical supplies, medicines, and emergency equipment.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and emergency services when needed.
• Promote proper hygiene, hydration, PPE use, and injury prevention.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.

Job Summary

The Project Nurse is responsible for providing primary healthcare services, first aid, and emergency medical response at the construction site. The role ensures the health and well-being of all personnel by managing work-related injuries, promoting occupational health, and supporting the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and programs.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience handling occupational injuries and health surveillance.
