Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN), or relevant qualification in nursing.
• Licenses/Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant jurisdiction. Additional certifications in first aid, CPR, or occupational health may be required.
• Experience: Experience in emergency nursing, occupational health, or field healthcare is preferred, especially in industrial or construction settings.
• Skills: Strong first-aid and emergency care skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to construction sites or industrial environments. Ability to remain calm and take quick, effective action in emergency situations. Excellent communication skills to interact with workers, site managers, and external healthcare providers. Good organizational skills to maintain records and manage medical supplies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-risk, fast-paced environment.
