Qualifications

• Licensed nurse with exposure to HR and admin tasks.
• Organized, compassionate, detail-oriented.
• Willing to handle healthcare and office duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care and first aid to employees when needed.
• Assess and respond appropriately to workplace health concerns and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical and health records.
• Monitor employee health conditions and coordinate referrals when necessary.
• Promote workplace health, safety, hygiene, and wellness practices.
• Maintain appropriate documentation of incidents, illnesses, and workplace injuries.
• Coordinate with clinics, hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers when required.
• Assist in monitoring attendance and other employee records.
• Assist in employee orientation and company policy implementation.
• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as required.
• Provide support to the HR and management team in day-to-day operations.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department.
• Maintain and update employee records
• Prepare employment documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.
• Manage Petty cash
• Prepare checks payments
• Prepares Government mandatory reportorial requirements and compliances
