Job summary

Niber Technologies is seeking a Company Nurse / Support Staff to support employee health, safety, and day-to-day HR operations in our growing manufacturing environment in Manila. You will provide first aid, maintain medical records, and assist with HR tasks.

The successful candidate will have a Nursing degree, an active RN license, and 1–2 years of clinical or occupational health experience, with strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and valid RN license.
• 1–2 years of clinical or occupational health experience.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to support both medical and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical assistance to employees.
• Maintain accurate medical records and health monitoring logs.
• Support implementation of occupational health and safety programs.
• Coordinate annual physical exams and health-related requirements.
• Assist in HR/admin tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.
• Monitor attendance and support timekeeping processes.
• Support employee engagement and workplace programs.
