Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid license (BLS/First Aid preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Experience in occupational health or company clinics is an advantage.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and on-site medical treatment for employees.
• Run pre-employment, annual, and return-to-work medical examinations.
• Maintain clinic stock and equipment.
• Monitor workplace health hazards and coordinate with Safety Officer.
• Implement health and wellness programs.
• Conduct health and safety orientations for staff.
• Coordinate referrals with external clinics, hospitals, and HMOs.
• Support recruitment tasks such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee personnel records.
• Assist in policy dissemination and compliance monitoring.
