Job summary

GR8 Global Philippines is seeking an Audit Senior with a focus on nonprofit and higher education clients to lead audits and related activities from Makati. You will review financial statements, assess internal controls, and support grant and donor reporting requirements, while coordinating with client teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in audit, CPA is preferred, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification or progress towards CPA preferred.
• 4+ years of Audit background; US auditing/US accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading audits of nonprofit and higher education clients under senior supervision.
• Review financial statements, assess internal controls, and document findings.
• Collaborate with engagement teams and client contacts to complete procedures.
• Develop knowledge of nonprofit accounting, grant compliance, and donor-restricted funding.
• Identify issues and recommend improvements to strengthen controls.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
• Participate in special projects as assigned by management.
