Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field; CPAs preferred but not required.
HUD/Affordable Housing experience highly preferred.
Experience with US-based firms; flexible with working hours.
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Keen attention to detail; data-driven and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

Preparation of Audit Reports and similar deliverables.
Presentation of Audit findings to stakeholders.
Tasks related to Risk Management and Tax Compliance; ability to share best practices.
Tasks related to Financial Planning and Analysis.
Acting as a representative for clients with applicable agencies as required.
Building customer relationships to promote and expand the business.
