Job summary

GR8 Global Philippines seeks an Audit Non-Profit Staff to conduct financial and operational audits, ensuring regulatory compliance and process improvements across teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, with 2+ years in local audit and non-profit experience preferred; CPA is a plus. Strong English skills and proficiency in Excel/Word are required. This role supports a remote-friendly, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred but not necessary.
• At least 2 years experience in local Audit.
• Non-Profit experience required.
• Exhibit high attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communications.
• Strong proficiency in technology and basic PC applications (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing audit of client financial statements under supervision of senior personnel on team
• Assist in completing audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings
• Research and develop knowledge of current audit legislation to ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local regulations
• Collect, assimilate, and analyze client data and use standard processes and tools to complete assigned project work
• Assist in identifying technical issues in various projects and share suggestions with senior personnel to mitigate the same
• Recommend on ways to streamline operations and increase client satisfaction
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to auditing and financial reporting
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management
