Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a NPI Factory Quality Manager to lead quality during new product launches, ensuring alignment with global KPIs and robust processes. You will drive quality strategies, coordinate with engineering and manufacturing, and coach a team of quality engineers to achieve flawless launches.

The role focuses on PQP execution, process qualification, and proactive risk management across NPI lines, with strong emphasis on data-driven improvements and customer alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field.
• Advanced Degree in Engineering / Science - desired.
• MBA - desired.

Responsibilities

• Define NPI factory site quality KPIs vs. Global NPI quality KPIs, and update execution plans.
• Coach and manage multiple quality engineers for NPI projects.
• Ensure customer requirements are deployed to the factory.
• Provide DFx feedback to design to minimize risk in NPI builds.
• Oversee process qualification on key processes for each project.
• Run quality control in NPI production lines and drive CAPA actions.
