Job summary
Advanced Energy is seeking an Engineer II, NPI Quality in the Philippines for leading QMS activities during initial product launches. You will coordinate APQP activities, PFMEA, and MSA/SPC while ensuring readiness across manufacturing and design interfaces.

Qualifications
- Minimum five years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field.
- Experience with APQP tools and NPI program management.
- Proficient in 8D problem solving techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret specifications and quality parameters.
Responsibilities
- Liaise for Advanced Quality Planning activities and gate reviews.
- Ensure product specs meet sample shipment requirements.
- Support PFMEA and ensure controls in the Control Plan.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering on Poke Yoke for controls.
- Confirm readiness for launches and participate in customer reviews.
- Develop production process control plans and CTQ; monitor MRM docs.
- Oversee MSA studies and Gage R&R for launching programs.
