Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. in Sta. Rosa Laguna is seeking a seasoned NPI Purchasing Supervisor to lead procurement for New Product Introduction programs and localization initiatives.

You will ensure material readiness for engineering builds, drive supplier development, and mitigate supply chain risks through cross-functional collaboration, cost awareness, and strategic sourcing. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business or related field.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier management.
• Understanding of supply chain management, inventory planning, and risk mitigation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems including Oracle and iPro.
• Knowledge of contract negotiations and cost management.
• Understanding of customer relationship management and business operations.
• This is a full-time, onsite position reporting to the Sta. Rosa Laguna site.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for NPI programs from concept development through mass production.
• Ensure material readiness to support engineering builds and production ramp-up.
• Proactively manage shortages, long lead-time items, and supply chain risks.
• Partner with Engineering, Program Management, Planning, Quality, and Commodity teams.
• Liaise between suppliers, sites, stakeholders, and customers on material requirements.
• Monitor NPI kit readiness and provide regular status updates and risk reports.
• Develop localization strategies and qualify new suppliers with SQE and Engineering.
• Lead supplier reviews, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, terms, contracts, and supply agreements.
