Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. is seeking a NPI Purchasing & Localization Team Leader to drive procurement for New Product Introduction programs and localization initiatives from concept through mass production.

The role reports to the Purchasing Manager and requires leading cross-functional teams to ensure material readiness, manage shortages, and develop supplier partnerships for cost competitiveness and supply continuity. This onsite position is located at Sta. Rosa Laguna, Philippines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of procurement, strategic sourcing and supplier management.
Familiar with ERP systems including Oracle and iPro.
Experience with contract negotiations and cost management.

Responsibilities

Lead procurement activities for NPI programs from concept to mass production.
Ensure material readiness for engineering builds and ramp-up activities.
Manage shortages and supply risks to prevent delays.
Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Planning, Quality and Commodity teams to hit milestones.
Negotiate pricing, lead times, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers.
